When it comes to fitness everyone thinks that it is all about our physical fitness, but fitness is something that cannot be defined as only physical fitness it contains many other factors like mental fitness and many other. It is also not like we build a heavy muscle, and we can say now we are fit. If you think this, then you are totally wrong. Fitness is something that make body and mind to be in good shape.

As we discussed this thing in our biology, the great biologist "Charles Darwin" said time to time nature gets change and all those who can evolve himself with nature can survive. We can take the example of Dinosaur which can be extinct from time to time but some who can evolve themselves they are still alive like lizards etc. In our day-to-day life there are so many things which damage us from inside, but we are not able to see all that damages. It appears when it grows in large amount and then it is easy for us to get rid from that. So, to get away from these types of things we have to do thing which maintain our fitness and become the fittest.
